These terms govern your use of inhere-trading.com and any calculators, tools or written guides published on it (together, “the Service”), operated by Inhere Trading (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The Service provides mathematical conversions and estimates. It is not a financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advisory service. Nothing on this website constitutes a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any asset.

2. No warranty as to accuracy

Exchange rates and market data are supplied by third-party providers and refreshed at intervals. They are indicative mid-market values, may be delayed, and will differ from the rates offered by exchanges, brokers, banks and payment processors. We make no warranty that any figure shown is accurate, complete or current. You are solely responsible for verifying any price on the platform where you transact.

3. Assumption of risk

Cryptocurrency and foreign-exchange markets are volatile. You may lose some or all of your capital. You use the Service and act on any output entirely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service, which is nil.

• scrape, crawl or otherwise extract the Service at a rate that degrades performance for other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure;
• interfere with, or attempt to circumvent, the advertising served on the site, including by automated clicking or impression manipulation;
• reproduce substantial parts of the written content without attribution and a link.
